1. Scope of B2B Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of industrial machinery, batching plants, brick block-making machinery, and support components by SuperForce India Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as "SFI") to corporate buying entities. By requesting a commercial quotation, downloading technical specifications, or confirming purchase orders, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Quotations and Commercial Estimates

All project estimates, spare parts rates, and customized machinery quotations provided by SFI are valid for **45 calendar days** from the date of issue. Upon expiration, rates are subject to revision based on raw material steel indexes, local duty cycles, and Morbi production schedules.

3. Shipping, International Export, and Loading

Global machinery shipments are processed in accordance with standard Incoterms (typically **FOB**, **CIF**, or **EXW**):

• FOB loading ports: Mundra Port or Kandla Port, Gujarat, India.
• Logistics clearance: SFI manages export documentation, customs processing, and container stuffing at our warehouse. Import customs clearance and local haulage at destination ports are the buyer's responsibility.
• Delivery timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are subject to ocean freight availability and shipping lane restrictions. SFI is not liable for demurrage costs arising from carrier delays.

4. On-site Installation and Commissioning

For major batching plants and automated block-making lines, SFI provides **expert engineering supervisors** on-site to assist with civil foundation reviews, machinery assembly, electrical dry-runs, and operator training. The buyer must provide adequate local labor, material aggregates, stable utility power, and safe lodging for SFI's technical staff.

5. Structural Warranty and Morbi Spare Parts Support

SFI warrants structural elements, Twin Shaft mixing shafts, hydraulic press cylinders, and PLC control cards for a period of **12 months** from the date of commissioning or 15 months from shipment, whichever occurs first:

Warranty excludes wearable parts (e.g. rubber conveyor belts, batching liners, mixing paddles). Replacement spare parts are stocked at our central Morbi warehouses and are dispatched via priority express logistics lines within 48 business hours of order confirmation.

6. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These B2B Terms and Conditions, purchase contracts, and supply agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of operations with SFI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morbi, Gujarat, India.

7. Data Collection and Marketing Consent

By registering an account, completing your user profile, or signing up via Google OAuth, you consent to the collection of your business contact number, location details (Country, State, Pincode), and corporate email address. This data is collected solely for B2B portal onboarding, customized quotation generation, scheduling service appointments, and official SFI marketing announcements. SFI treats your contact information with strict confidentiality and does not sell or distribute it for harmful, malicious, or external third-party advertising activities.
